Developing a research proposal

Vocal (Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust) came to Research for the Future looking for people with diabetes and respiratory disease who used a smartphone to share opinions on a research proposal.  The proposal looked at a trial of a new smartphone app to help people better manage their own health conditions.

Zaha Arain (Project Officer) at Vocal, said:

Seven people from diverse backgrounds responded overnight, and five of them ended up participating.  Their feedback is highly relevant to our work.  I’m really grateful for your support in this, which wouldn’t have happened without you.”
