Exploring daily activity in people with long term conditions

Isabel Adeyemi, PhD student, Centre for Primary Care and Centre for Health Psychology, The University of Manchester, shares her feedback having accessed Research for the Future:

“The support of Research for the Future in promoting my study to patients has been vital for my recruitment. We agreed on how my study would be promoted and how regularly invitations to participate would be sent to patients. This enabled me to have a regular uptake of willing participants, at a rate that was manageable for the study’s resources. I had regular updates with the Research for the Future team to maintain the rate of recruitment and staff were very responsive to the needs of my study.

“A huge thank you – I really don’t think I could have managed recruiting to my research without your help. Just over half the people who took part in my study were Research for the Future volunteers. I would highly recommend Research for the Future to other researchers.”
